About me

A woman with light skin, blue eyes, and brown hair styled in a messy bun, wearing a black top, and smiling in front of a plain light gray background.

My Qualifications & Experience

I am a fully qualified Humanistic Psychotherapist. I received my Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapy and Counselling after completing an intensive, experiential, face-to-face four-year course at Homa London.

Prior to this, I completed a short course in Counselling Skills and Practice from Metanoia Institute.

I use a blend of different techniques and skills from the Humanistic modality. These include Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Somatic/Formative Psychology, and Art Therapy.

I work as a volunteer at The Stress Project in Finsbury Park, a low-cost counselling service for residents of Islington.

I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework. I am in regular supervision and continue to develop my professional and personal skills through training.
