Working
with me
How I work
Therapy with me is client-led and collaborative. I see you as the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support, curiosity, and reflective insight.
I provide a therapeutic space where you can explore challenges, deepen self-understanding and try out new ways of being. I bring compassion, honesty, and creativity to each session, honouring your individuality and giving you space to explore your deepest self.
I use a blend of different techniques and skills from the Humanistic modality. Because everyone is different, my approach will vary depending on what you bring and what you'd like from therapy. We will have regular check-ins about our work together, and if something doesn't feel right we'll re-evaluate.
Who I work with
I work with individuals on a short-term or open-ended basis from my practice rooms in Highbury and Angel.
I've supported people dealing with:
anxiety and over‑thinking
repeating unsatisfying patterns
grief and loss
burnout and over‑working
feeling stuck or lost
depression, low mood, low self‑esteem
boundary challenges, people‑pleasing, or difficulty putting yourself first
big life decisions, transitions, or turning‑point moments
creative practice and artistic blocks
relationship difficulties
This list is not exhaustive and doesn’t include everything we can work on together. If what you’re struggling with isn’t here, get in touch and we can talk.
Finding the right therapist is important, so I invite you to an initial session to see if we’re a good fit, talk about what you’d like from therapy, and explore how we might work together.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist and my practice is open to all genders and sexualities.
